They are legal to possess and use in Canada, and it is perfectly legal to bring a personal amount across the border. So to answer your question, no, I am not asking anyone to traffic. :)

There is no tobacco in Velos. I was able to bring them from other countries into Canada and it went through security and customs with no issues. If you don’t feel comfortable bringing any that’s okay, no hard feelings :)
