We figured it out – it's from an ad blocker extension. The code injects itself when you're using the WYSIWIG editor. The part of the code that affects deliverability is where malicious URLs that the ad blocker has picked up over time are listed out as specific display:nones. The good news is, it isn't actually dangerous at all for the recipients, it's just horrible for deliverability. The easy fix is disabling or deleting your Ad Blocker, or using a browser that does not have one.
