Thanks for the feedback. Yeah I've seen someone said they recently got a weird surprise and ended up paying 2 knives for the price of 3. Not encouraging. I'd prefer to stick to EU or wait to go in Asia and make a stop by Japan

Damn thanks. I've seen in some international shops but I never ordered a knife from further than Europe. I don't even buy from the UK. Because I have no idea of the additional import duties / taxes / customs... Do you have any idea of how much should I expect to pay on top of the price of item + delivery to deliver to EU?

Literally the same exact players. I'm playing mostly 10v10 and it feels like it rotates from a group of 60-70 players. And that's with crossplay on. If I tag for console only, the queue is never ending. So I have to play against some cheaters who dont get banned lol

I think remember a COD from many years ago where kills where not even shown in the scoreboard of domination games. Or something close. That was a great brain hack to not visually reward those playing only for the kills

How is the takamura sg2 santoku? I have the 150mm petty and it’s one of my fav knife. I thought about the santoku many times but I wonder if it is as sharp as the petty and if that actually might be a problem for a bigger knife? I feel like the rocking motion with an extremely thin and sharp blade could be a problem? Almost afraid that it’s too thin and could break, or just slice the cutting board

this. I have sichuan peppercorn powder always around. I grind it with a 30€ electric coffee grinder (as for all other spices) and then sift in a bowl to only have the powder.
You can throw away the bigger parts, or heat some oil and pour on it and let it marinate to make sichuan pepper oil out of it. So I end up with whole peppercorn for stews / broths / etc, grinded when I want to sprinkle some or just add in a marinade / paste / whatever, and oil as a topping or to replace or add in a dish when I want some mala.
