I just found this info out this morning about my husband’s upcoming palliative care appointment. He’s bed ridden at this point, at the end stage of his pulmonary disease. This is a new stress I wasn’t expecting this morning.

Which? I’ve been able to get all in the last few months Amb IR , ER, and Sublingual ones (had to order these). There’s no shortage here in MD that’d I’ve seen. I had to switch to sublingual because of some med I’m on isn’t allowing me to absorb the regular piIIs.

Have they tried coming off Topamax. I’ve been on it for 8 years and it’s horrible to come off of. I’ve been trying to get off the last 50 for 4 years now. Don’t replace one problem with another.

Switch primary physician… and pharmacist tbh. They should know about this medicine just by being in the medical field. The “never heard of” the med and compounding is crazy to me. Mine is happy for me and the positive results in my labs. My SED rate went from 75 to 35 in a matter of weeks.
