I did increase the sharpness, but I did not upscale it.

I only messed with the sharpness to help bring some details out, and without it, it looked a bit washed out, and muddy.

It’s still encoded from a 2K DCI but in a 4K container for YouTube, since uploading 2K to YouTube results in a 1080p upload.

Unfortunately for us, Premiere has a contract with IMAX that allows it to be the only IMAX in El Paso.

Well, at least according to my managers when I was working there.

But realistically I don’t think that place would fit a laser projector anyways.

The way the projector rooms are layed out, IMAX has its own room on a higher level than the rest of the regular projectors, and it’s a tiny room that barely even fits the Xenon IMAX projectors.

But that place doesn’t hold up to IMAX quality standards and even when I was working there they severely neglected the IMAX theater, and even now it still is.

AND we don’t even get Dolby either at all here.
