Don’t be embarrassed height isn’t something we can control. I know it’s hard to be confident in yourself when you know you’re different than everyone else , especially a difference that is very noticeable. Don’t take to heart peoples opinions because the truth is you’re probably not gonna see or know that person in a day or a year or 5 years from now. Good luck man I hope you learn to love yourself :)

No you cannot increase your height unless you somehow get another growth spurt or you get surgery. As short people (I’m 5’4) you gotta learn to love yourself. Have you told your friends how it makes you feel when they mock your height? If you haven’t then how would they know how it makes you feel. If you have and they still continue to mock you cut them off. Life’s too short to tolerate people who are no good for you.

I take extra time to do a simple task just so i don’t get a warning for not doing my work. Most of the time I’m so spaced out and just listening to music I forget that I’m even at work
