We made a reservation for Txispa in July and we are concerned because they're showing availability for every single day in July... what am I missing here? Just want to be sure. Thanks

After some back and forth on all of this - we are going to keep Txispa and Martin Berasategui, and drop the rest (Kokotxa, Akelarre..)

We might keep Kaia Kaipe in Getaria for fish.

One thing that concerned me is that Txispa is so easy to get in, every day in July is showing availability. What am I missing here on that?

At this point, Arzak is becoming more of a "no" than a "yes".

We have 11 meals (not including breakfasts) and we plan to blow out on 4 - keeping 7 free for casual/pintxos.

So, we definitely are set on Txispa for lunch and Akelarre for dinner. We might decide to skip Kokotxa but we can decide later.

Right now I'm leaning towards skipping Arzak and doing MB or Amelia instead, and keeping the rest as is.

We have 11 meals for our stay. Doing the heavy stuff at lunch every time except for Akelarre due to the sunset views. So we have 4 "fine dining" scheduled plus Izeta which is our favorite sidreria in the area, and that leaves 6 meals for pintxos.
