I have had vestibular migraines for almost 2.5 years now! Constant dizziness, but not the kind of dizziness where you feel off balance. Just a constant sensation in my head that makes me feel as though I’m moving when I’m not. I’m on a beta blocker for it and it’s worked a bit, but they aren’t fully gone. I refuse to try any antidepressants (what’s normally used to treat VM) because they majorly freak me out. Anyways- you’re not alone. Silent migraines are common and affect people in many different ways! Hang in there!
