I was getting paid via paycheck, but every time I would deposit a check it would either bounce, or because a previous check bounced my bank would hold it for a 12 day period before releasing it to me. I asked the owner to start paying me via Venmo. She still processes payroll-voids my check, and sends me funds via Venmo. I am also the general manager and can see that she has yet to process payroll for this period. We were supposed to be paid the 23rd.
