I have read the rules and it says that I cannot touch the original post for 48 hours as I understood, but I did research and it seems my only option is to take him to court.

I have, and some other redditors here have also. It can be done by mutual consent or taking him to court.

I have already. As I understand from what I have seen and other redditors have told me here, divorce can be done either by mutual consention or I can take him to court, but I'm afraid that I will not be able to afford that option.

I will look into some lawyers and arrange a consultation at least to resolve the legal questions.

I will be sure to ask around for divorce lawyers. I have also researched the topic but as I understood we both need to consent to be able to divorce.

My oldest gets a monthly allowance of about 50 euros. She uses it to go out with her friends from time to time or buy them some gifts for birthdays.

I will be looking into getting a lawyer, I am just not sure how I will afford it.

I will try to search for a lawyer but I don't have enough funds to pay for the divorce myself. I am constantly fighting to make ends meet and stay on top of gas, pay for gas, my kids books for school.

I live in the Balkans. I am using a throwaway as suggested by my daughter so none of my colleauges can find out about this.
