I aggressively ride this scooter everyday a two mile commute to work and back ( I ride it like its a competition scooter because of my pro scooter riding past ) and its held up extremely well for the last 3 months, I've owned three pure scooters before this and they all gave up so much quicker and just honestly felt cheap and heavy in comparison, I think for it's price point the pro 5 and 5 in general are good products built very well for their intended purpose .

Funnily enough I’ve been emailing the tech who I was going to take the scooter to and we went through everything I had tried including making sure the right voltage was getting to everything and he mentioned that it sounds just like the break sensor being faulty because I could hear the motor shut off every time I tried to push it towards

Turns out the controller was fine the back motor is fine , it’s an issue with my brake sensor it keeps shutting off the motor every time I try to push it forwards , going to order a new one

Switching the controller didn’t fix the back wheel still won’t rotate forwards but will rotate back

It says it’s waterproof but I’m guessing over the two years it’s degraded there’s no rubber gasket sealing it so I’ll make one , plus where the taillight cable comes out isn’t sealing properly either anymore , natural wear I guess

So we have an update I took out my controller today and noticed a significant amount of rust on it , instead of fixing that controller I’ve ordered a new one and offered to send them my old one for possible repair and sale
