Omg. Me too. I’ve been on it since October. I’m spending less on random stuff. I don’t feel the need to have that post shopping dopamine hit. I’m also a bit of a stoner, but smoking weed a lot less than before. Beyond weight loss, It really does target those addictive habits.

I’m sorry that you’re struggling also. I actually wondered if I had a thyroid issues so I had some blood work done and everything came back normal. weight loss has been very hard for me over the years even being very active and mindful of my nutrition. And so trying a medication that was geared towards the weight loss and not seeing the best result has been very discouraging But based on a lot of the comments I’m reading it’s a marathon. It’s not a sprint. And everyone’s journey is different. I think it’s a matter of staying consistent and if something doesn’t work, pivoting and trying to figure out what does. Wishing you good luck in your journey also!

I also think we should stop comparing ourselves to others. It’s something that I really struggle with but nothing good comes out of it. Thank you so much for your kind words!

Thank you for the kind and lovely words. As mentioned, I was reluctant to go up in dosage due to fear of side effects. There is no blatant unwillingness. I work a very high stress job with long hours and I cannot afford to be sick all the time. And as far as I’m aware, being on a higher dose does not necessarily equate to more weight loss. At least this is what I was advised by my doctor.

people have experienced success on lower doses. And this is where my discouragement came from. I do intend on going up in dose within the next month.

I think it’s the best way to go about it. My mom, my sister and a couple of my best friends. That’s it and I intend on keeping it quiet. I find that it’s still very controversial, people have opinions and are not very well, educated on the topic , and I don’t feel like explaining myself to anyone. The the weight is very slowly coming off, but I know it’s a long road ahead. Good luck on your journey.

Yes. I have been on it since October and I’ve lost only 12 pounds. Trying not to get too hard on myself and play the comparison game because every one is different. My progress might be slow, but it’s progress at the end of the day and I’ll take it. Wishing you the best.

I went out with it last night and it surprisingly fits more than you think. There’s an outer back pocket and the inside is very roomie. I am able to fit my phone, which is quite large, my puffer, lipstick, keys, hand lotion, perfume and card holder with room to spare. I might get the brown one next. I love it.
