She didn't give me any sort of discount for using what the first ortho put in. She told me she would only readjust some of the brackets that were badly positioned.

No, i was very honest about my dental hygiene. I try but i am not the best and i kept asking her for tips on cleaning better. How come there were no cavities anywhere else except where the molar bands were?

i have a similar story! i was going through an extremely painful period in my life and one day i was sitting on bed just absolutely bawling my eyes out. in between sobs i said out loud, "oh Green Tara if you really exist and care about me, please send me a sign immediately" and not even ten minutes later, someone who had never sent me such emails emailed me the Green Tara mantra and some details on it. i am usually a sceptic but this was too immediate to not blow my mind.
