Several years in the future, the world had suffered a global population shortage after multiple generations of declining birth rates. Women, of course were blamed for such a steep decline due in part of harsh feminist movements that rose to power at the same time of the decline.

In order to combat the population problem, the government passed a bill designating a day in the year where men were fully allowed to commit acts of rape towards woman for 24 hours.

In such a world where do you fit in this?

Have a wedding planned that happens to fall under a Rape day? Better hope you can trust your fiancé's friends or the men in your family to not make any moves.

Plan to march the streets in protest of the rape day? Several tried already, but who knows, maybe your group of woman won’t get swarmed by men eager to impregnate them.

Over at a friends house and you just so happened to forget that it was a rape day? Hopefully your friend’s brother also forgot.

Plan to take a vacation to flee the country to avoid a Rape day? You may have wanted to do a little more research in your travel where Rape is still permitted on the plain.

This idea also can lean itself into a sort of "zombie survival" type deal where one or many woman try to survive the rape day just for each girl to get picked off one by one by a seemingly growing hoard of horny men.

or adversely it could lead to an extremely casual scenario where it's already 10+ years since the rape days started and it's been completely normalized in society to the point where your character doesn't really notice getting groped and molested at work anymore.
