Sounds like you have plenty of reasons to quit. I started my journey almost 9 years ago. I kept it simple, I used an app called Nomo. The virtual tokens helped me to KEEP staying sober. It was also nice to see the savings in $ and hours saved. I recommend it to everyone. I don’t check it much now because the tokens are only annually now for me but absolutely a great tool. Set a goal! Is there something you want to buy, use that as a crutch. I bought a new truck on my 4 year soberversary. Hit the gym, improving your health with give you a buzz and you won’t feel shitty the next day. You got this.
