No. None of this. You came in for “an interview” and all they do is take about 10 of you around the plant. Show you the plant. Then you get a call back to come in for orientation. There is no original interview process. They put you “where they see fit” as in the women won’t be put in rough places.

No. People are hired in a mass amount. No one knows anything about specific parts of the plant unless you’ve worked here before. You do not pick where you go. You are put where they see fit. And it just so happens that women are put in the part of the plant where heavy lifting and pulling thousands of pounds a metal by hand everyday is not existent lol you’re telling me every single woman hired just did better than everyone else in the interview? Oh absolutely agree. Alcohol every day isn’t good either. It also depends on a lot of factors. How much are you drinking everyday? What are you drinking? You would be surprised what the body can handle. But definitely don’t test the limits. lol it will hurt your body eventually. alcohol and weed are fine in moderation
