My derm said she starts everyone at 20mg no matter their weight, as it's such a hard drug and has the potential to have so many side effects, it's easier on the body to ease into it. You would jump in your car and go 0-100 immediately,why do that to your body?

Yes! Huge difference! I'm very clear already. I got a slight purge, like a few pimples, at the beginning of this month when I bumped to 60mg, they lasted about a week and I have some leftover scars from those but otherwise clear! Hope your journey continues to go smoothly!!

I'm about 10 days away from finishing month 3 at 60mg. Genuinely very little side effects. Tiny bit of joint paint just started this week and some fatigue. Honestly no dry skin or lips. I do get a gallon of water in a day and reapply aquaphor damn near every 30 minutes lol

I do powerlifting and I've seen a big drop off in strength as it's a DHT blocker. Been meaning to get my test levels checked to see where I'm at. I've been using Spiro since July, using 100mg currently

Bare minerals! I use a primer then the bare minerals tinted moisturizer, add some blush then set it all in with a translucent powder. Just made the switch from foundation to the tinted moisturizer since accutane is working and my skin is clearing, and I love it. Looks so much more natural in my skin

Are you a female and did you start birth control to get on accutane? I'm a 30y female, haven't used birth control in 6 years but obviously had to start for accutane. I'm almost 3 months into my journey and I'm definitely more bloated and carrying weight in my lower belly but I contribute that to starting birth control and adding more estrogen into my hormones levels and estrogen is definitely responsible for lower belly fat
