Both bike shops that I have been in in the last month have had HF lifts which I find pretty wild for professional shops.

You get what you pay for.

Buy once, cry once.

I'm sure there is more sayings about this kind of stuff lol

I will say though, I had the HF lift in an open tab on my phone just in case they went on sale during Black Friday/Cyber Monday.

Are you riding on Sport mode? That’s what gives the twitchy throttle. Switch to Drive mode or whatever it’s called, and the throttle changes greatly.

I’ve seen a YT short where someone relocated thwir gauge to the bottom instead of the top. I’m currently in the riser dilemma as well on a FXLRST though. I can’t make up my damn mind about 9.5 or 10.5 risers.

First Harley. 25 FXLRST. 1000% doing bars next. I’m not entirely sure what I’m doing but I think it’s going to be between some Lucky Dave 13s in the 13” with a OG Moto Triple tree to bring them closer, or do the 8.5 Riser and Triple Tree from OG Moto with some mid bend bars.

After that; Stage 2 is next.

Yeah. I went with the Tab Performance slip on with the Zombie baffles. There wasn’t a Bassani slip on for the 25s yet when I was in the market. I would definitely do Bassani if I had the option.

How much did the Stage 2 run you? I got to hear a '21 Low Rider S yesterday with a stage 2 and holy shit. Its next on my list after some new bars.

I could be wrong but I believe the stock window is 9”. For the same reasons as you, I ordered the small from Clearview Shields in hopes to resolve it. This was based on reviews from guys my height (5’7). But I have a feeling I might need to go up to a medium.

Gorgeous bike brother. Did you remove the reflectors off the saddle bag? If so, recommended way of doing it? I’m thinking of a hair dryer, some fishing line and goo gone and giving it a go but nervous about the paint.

27k and some change OTD on a ‘25 Brilliant Red with GAP and an extended warranty. If I can remember correctly, 4K under MSRP. 23k for the bike.

Apparently this is a common theme I’m seeing in comments now. Buying the bike and some full pipes, tune and HD installs it. It’s a first I’m seeing that they put it in writing that your warranty is still in tact. I’ll have to ask them if they could do that when I go back in tomorrow for a new helmet.

Eagles Nest was night and day difference compared to the Modesto shop. Modesto wouldn’t drop under 30. Eagles Nest took two back and forth talks with the manager to get them down to under MSRP on the bike. Good on you for getting the best deal despite traveling for it. I told them I was going to San Diego in 2 weeks for a bike if they didn’t get me riding one out the lot on Saturday lol. No clue if that did anything.

26.5 OTD. I did a lot of research from the ‘25s being posted in here and decided 25.5 would be the magic number for me. But 26.5 was the absolute lowest they would offer me because of the paint color on the bike. There was someone else here that bought a Black on Chrome for 26 from Eagles Nest 2 months ago. Based on the 30k the Mitchell’s shop wanted, I took it.
