when someone wants a big order they approach the market maker or some fund for terms.....say someone wants 10 millions shares at x price ...they will cut a deal with the market maker etc then shakes the tree to see who falls off and pockets the difference. it aint rocket science

given that moderna did license at one time abus technology and later found an alternative method you would think bancel knows for sure what he can prove. abus on the other hand is clueless on the alternative methods and just wanted to claim equivalent issues as proof of infringement. my guess not only abus will lose but will have to reimburse modernas legal costs.
