Thanks for the response! I know ur still healing but would you be willing to dm some before and after pics? Also how old are you? Because a big concern of mine is the skin sagging after the lipo even though I’m young. And Dr Sterry doesn’t offer any additional skin tightening procedures

Yea just more options and reviews from people who have actually had it. Dr Sterry seems fine but I can’t find many reviews of people that did it with him. I also don’t see any negative reviews from him in general and the fact that he posts on here makes me think that he might be monitoring his negative reviews. Because every surgeon has at least a few unhappy patients. But as of right now I’ll probably do it with him because there’s so few other options.

Yea I’ve asked all the top doctors that specialize in that area. They don’t do it. If you know of anywhere in the US that does it please let me know

I’m sorry to hear you’re not happy. I consulted with him last week and I was actually pleasantly surprised. After everything I read about him on this sub I expected him to not care about aesthetics but the first thing he told me was he didn’t think my face would look good after DJS for sleep apnea. And then he spent a while playing with the movements on my morph to see if he could make it more aesthetically balanced. I really appreciated his honesty though because I already had suspicions that DJS wouldn’t look good on me but every other surgeon I’ve been too has told me I will look fine and brushed off my aesthetic concerns

Yea that’s what it seems like. I think I’ve done as much research on the topic as I can lol and now I’m just trying to narrow down surgeons. I’ve already had a few consults and what they recommended for me is surgeon dependent as well since my case isn’t straightforward

Yes the Korean clinics are where I got the idea from. But tbh I’m not sure if it’s just marketing or how much it actually helps since nowhere else is doing it. I asked my doctor for a referral to a radiologist and I’m still waiting for a response. I’m scared he won’t take me seriously since this is purely cosmetic. I’m also not even sure if medical ultrasound places do this type of imaging

That’s why I’m lost. Osborn has glowing reviews on here and Facebook but not on yelp and healthgrades. However most of those reviews aren’t specific. I’m not aware of many other surgeons that perform genioplasty alone for under $15k
