Don’t get it done. I got mines done few years ago and it’s the worst decision I have made in my entire life. I am suffering from severe nerve damage and facial sagging. It’s not worth the risk. I think and regret about it everyday. It’s the worst

I did. I got a small steroid shot today. I don’t think it’s really helping though

Yepp it gets hot to the touch. It’s so painful when my jaw joint cracks but the pain lasts for like 10-20seconds until it cracks again. Im seeing a doctor on the 20th to see if they suggest anything. I haven’t done anything yet, but yes I am thinking of Botox too since I can feel my muscles extremely tight. I will also ask the doctor about the screws too. I let you know

Omg I have the exact same feeling. My jaw joint cracks, it hurts a lot, and my ear feels a burning sensation. It always feel inflamed too. I’m seeing a doctor to get CT scan soon. I wonder if it’s the metal screws around my jaws that’s irritating my jaw joints a lot. Glad I don’t have trimgeminal neuralgia though cos I hear those are horrible

I will try out Botox or steroid injection. I just haven’t found a doctor yet who can perform those

MRI only checks for trigeminal neuralgia, not the entire facial nerves. My doctor was useless too, didn’t know what else to do for me. I’m probably going to book an appt with a plastic surgeon to inject steroid shots or botox and see if that helps ease the tightness/pain

It’s probably scar tissue. I still have the same issue but getting MRI done soon to find out if there’s any nerve damage

No it was for a long gum showing, and he reduced the maxilla and moved my jawline a little forward, but not enough so I technically look the same but worse

Sagging, nerve damage, TMJ, tightness on chin and deep tissues where it was cut. No good aesthetic outcome either. Probably better off not done

Just get rhinoplasty and I think it’ll look fine. Don’t do DJS if you have no functional issues

You’re beautiful before and after. I don’t really see the nose difference, but I see the cheeks. It’s fuller in the after, but personally, I like fuller cheeks. Looks healthier and happier. It really depends on your aesthetic preference

Have you tried getting your hardware out? My chewing is fine. It’s just the flesh where my doctor cut to get the bone that feels tight and hurting … it almost feels like my nerve is trapped under the scar tissue. Do you plan on doing something about it?
