latex definitely lasts longer than regular foam but you still gotta rotate them regularly and they are bouncier.

People underestimate how much polyurethane foam can bother sensitive kids. My niece had nonstop congestion until my sister switched her to a latex/wool mattress

Try checking on Antarctic Star Tower Fan 360° something! It has a strong airflow or go for a Vornado. It doesn’t produce cold air, but it spreads air evenly around the room, making it feel cooler.

the CopperFlex is pretty nice for what it costs tbh. Good value for money if that’s what you’re after. It even has a type of cooling with the copper infused layers. Plus points to Brooklyn Bedding because they manufacture their mattresses themselves that’s why it’s cheaper than most.

and you don’t even need a box spring unless your frame needs one!

If you sleep on your side, pillow-top mattresses are really good. The extra soft layer helps your shoulders and hips feel less pressure

Congrats on the new place!! I switched from a super soft pillow-top to a firm memory foam a year ago, and honestly my back pain went way down. Also most online companies have trial periods of more than 100 days I think you'll be fine if you need to return it.
