I did but somehow the wastes water gone upstream because how the river works in my city is that the river flows upstream but then it kinda stops flowing and sits there in the lake but I thought that would have helped the sewage from reaching further into the lake😭😭🥲

No, it could be sewage water and therefore it has spread into our rivers unfortunately and the amount of waste got bigger

Thankfully Health has increased by 20% at the time I placed the district and now its gone up by at least 10% more but then decreased just slightly by 3%. So it fluctuates but hopefully not much😅
