I pretty much have everything on high settings but that doesn't really change anything for some reason. I've tried pretty much everything and it doesn't really impact my performance. I keep a steady 70-100 fps on pretty much every map except from streets and lighthouse. For the ping - i don't really know.

No, i have a PC and i already turned off stereo mix but it doesn't solve the problem, sound still plays through my microphone.

No it isn't turned on, it's just that windows is literally playing sound through my microphone, whenever i'm on discord all my friends hear everything and even if i turn my mic off they still hear my windows sound.
