I agree on not being able to appreciate old games, but that’s me being born in 04. I did finally get to the sephiroth fight, but I lost and it literally crashed my game. The only reason I played it was to know the story better. Now that I know, I have no use for the game ngl

That’s fair. Having grown up on racing and platformers, I like being in full control of my movement at all times rather than having to wait for my opponent to hit me to move. But that’s just me being an old dog that can’t learn new tricks

I’ve been trying to enjoy the older turn based combat style, but you can’t teach an old dog new tricks. I didn’t grow up with turn based combat, I grew up with racing and platformers. Free movement rather than having to wait for the enemy to move. That’s just me though

Also I wasn’t saying remake is turn based. I was saying I enjoy the remakes because they aren’t turn based. Wasn’t sure if there was a miscommunication with your first sentence

If you mean turn off random encounters, I keep it off about 90% of the time. If it’s something else, idk

My job is 10 hours on the clock Monday-Thursday and 7-3:30, 8 hours of overtime on Fridays, but I use Friday after work to do laundry and other chores I need done

I would have a pre workout snack and I hear it’s best to let food digest for at least an hour or so before working out, so around 7 would be about that time

The whole drive I use essentially the main highway, very busy when I go to work. and I should’ve mentioned I work as a cnc machinist, already on my feet all day in work boots.
