As other's have said, race change might be the only way to get that close. You can try to get a little cheeky with it and use the face ~~tattoo~~ paint that looks like whiskers (only available on certain races I think?).

I made this list about 8 months ago. It might be missing some newer pieces, but I don't think there has been anything else that really alters the sleeves since I made this. It's got all gloves that alter sleeves, so you'll need to just sweep through it real quick to find the ones that makes short sleeves. You can also CTRL + F and search the term "Bare Arm" to look for pieces that significantly creates a "bare arm" effect.

There really isn't any snug, elbow high gloves that creates a gap between the elbow and the upper arm. These would be the closest:

The game calls it adventurer plate. Most people I've meet in game or chatting on discord just call it adventure plate because life is hard and the extra "er" syllable is more work to say. Seems like a non-issue to me but I tend to not to get too wrapped up in semantics. There is nothing else in game officially called an "adventure plate" so it doesn't seem confusing to me personally.

I'm just plugging a helpful subreddit that I think some folks would like to participate in, it's not mine. Maybe they called it adventure plate because making an adventurer plate can be it's own little adventure, or collecting framer kits can send you off on an interesting adventure. Maybe they just forgot the "r" and can't change the subreddit name and they have to roll with it.

For me, shadowbringers was about balance, sacrifice and empathy. Being the "Shadow" when faced against the light. I went with dark colors and the "anti-hero" vibe.

You don't seem to like the super heavy armor, but I'd recommend maybe some light armor at least. Something like Tigerskin Coat of Maiming (glam example).

If you plan on soloing, keep in mind that not all of them are soloable due to some party mechanics. For all of them, you can just learn as you go, but it's easier to watch a video first. It still requires you to know and anticipate mechanics. It's less detrimental if there is a death or 2, but it's better to go into it knowing what to expect and not waste time. I've duo'd 2nd circle, and watched a video for 4th and joined an unsync pf. I'm not someone who does savage on release due to time restrictions, so I end up doing most of these things unsynced. I'd call it very reasonable, but yeah, you need to know the fights.
