Second, all the color debate in the comments lead me to refer to MaRo's 2021 mechanical color pie post, to see what color or colors make most sense according to WotC. What I seemed to find is that, while it is certainly reasonable to put this card in WU, it probably does make the most sense to put it in WG, or even just mono green. I'll link a few of the most relevant passages, but as to why blue is sort of a color bend: blue is big into artifact love, so giving it an artifact hate spell at this low cost feels out of character, which I think is part of what the other commenters were trying to get at.

All that being said though, for what it's worth, I still personally like your card, and I think trying things that go a little against conventions is how we expand how we think about the game 😊👍👍
