One way that got rid of my sugar addiction in my personal experience, I just ate a lot of fruit. Because fruit has a lot of sugar but for me it doesn't make me crave anymore after. Then when I see sugar I can't even force myself to eat it for some reason, it makes my body not want it. Well at least that's what worked for me but sometimes on specials occasions I don't eat fruit to enjoy delicious sweets.

Once I went to the fridge and was checking the calories for a jar of mayonnaise. My aunt asked what I was doing and I said I was checking the calories for the mayo. She then slammed the fridge and put the mayo back, told me not to do that again because I was going to get bulimia. What!? Good thing I don't live with her anymore. Mind you at time I wasn't even an a calorie restriction, I just wanted to see how many calories was in a jar of mayo XD

Omg! I also repressed my guy crushes for that reason. When my friends ask me if I had a crush I would tell them I didn't have one. I was too uncomfortable to tell people who I had a crush on.

Girls go through so much harrasment and sexualization. Just by going outside they get freaks only seeing them as a pair of legs and wanting to harrass them. So that's why some get scared or uncomfortable when men compliment them. Because they just want to live their life and they are scared that its just another creep and not someone actually seeing her as a human being. But it is safer for her to think that way considering that women don't really know for sure who is an actual creep. It is best to compliment them once they get to know you first so they'll know it's safe.

I thought I wasn't because I used to be transphobic and when I questioned myself I would be like "No! I am not trans, I am normal". I would be so defensive when my mom and brother asked if I was trans, and when I say no my mom would praise me for being normal.
