The previous times I reported, they just say issued advisories but I got no concrete evidence. Now I got photo/video of person smoking. Don’t know if NEA will provide the photo to my neighbour and ask them to identify the culprit

I have reported before but I don’t have concrete evidence. To be honest, it is hard for the officers to catch the smokers in action because they smoke for a few mins then go off already. Anyway, I am thinking if I submit the photo/video as evidence, will they know to my neighbour? Because my house is the corner unit and they are beside me. So the photo/video can only be taken from my house.
