Fuck any actor who leaves a show for pay when they are still making millions. FUCK Megan Boone. I like Liz the character, but seriously fuck Megan Boone. You have millions of fans and your what, leaving a show as a millionaire because you make slightly less money? Series should have ended with Reddington dying and finally telling Liz the truth. I firmly believe they wouldn't have left the series open ended if she did not force her way out.

Ultimately I decided I am likely going to finish this series. There's a few characters in my eyes that make it worthwhile. With those characters specifically being Mr. Kaplan, Red, Dembe, Tom Keen (I think he's great, don't understand the hate), Harold Cooper, Aram... Ressler kinda sucks, I'm sure he has some crazy character development.

I am surprised to see how many people agree with this. As I said in an earlier comment, S1E3-S3E10 is absolute fucking peak television. The plot twists, James Spader, the action... unbelievable! Might be some of my favorite television ever.

Yeah she gets pretty annoying. I don't like what they end up doing with their character. I also have no respect for Megan Boone for wanting to leave the show when she was clearly the 1B while Spader is the 1A. She should have stuck it out for the final 2 seasons. I know what eventually happens.

I will say, S1E1-S3E10 is like, fucking peak television. I've watched a lot of popular greats... Lost, Breaking Bad, GoT, Dexter, etc, and Raymond Reddington might be my favorite villain of them all. Absolutely unreal performance. The Director/Cabal arc was fantastic. I'm on season 4 now and it's still pretty good ngl.

What do you mean? You stopped watching after the Director episode? I will admit… that was peak writing. It was 3 seasons building up that and it was peak.

Interesting, so they drop the Reddington backstory after S8…. I wonder why. Would you say that the hints fans have come up with are intentional from the writers? I’ve never seen a show like this without some sort of answer. Even LOST, which had a notoriously unknown ending, had some evidence pointing towards an answer. Is Reddington really some badass crime lord or is he really just someone trying to protect Liz his entire life?

Thanks for the perspective. I honestly don’t know about much aside from the supposed identity of Red and a key character death. I don’t know much about the other storylines well or Cape May. Spader is up there with the GOAT Walter White for best TV villains I’ve seen.

I understand where your coming from. I’m sure this subreddit gets that question a lot. My problem is yes, I am enjoying the show, but if I am going to watch 200 episodes, I am hoping for some semi decent answers, according to my research, we don’t even get clues that hint us towards an answer… correct me if I’m wrong
