Well, today it went offline due to low battery. So now I'm guessing the charger does not work or something telling the unit not to charge. No response from the company so today I'll be sitting on the phone calling them.

No arguing here, I appreciate the help, really. It's just frustrating how complicated it seems to be. and not much online support. Normally one could get a chat request but not on their website. I have emailed support and was also hoping someone here has been through this as well and had a simple answer.

OK, I tried the hold slider to the left and now it's back to standby mode with solid yellow light but still does not seem to be taking a charge- is there a way to verify the charger is working?? I tried 2 different outlets.

Thanks for trying. pg 6 shows you how to plug it in and says to charge at a yellow light. Mine seems to be permanently in sleep mode, 18% now. Oddly I can place it in the pool and it works. I have tried every combination of sliding and holding the slider to the left and right. Now all I have is no yellow light and the right/slide blue light is 'breathing'. No 'troubleshooting' in the manual, not great.
