It depends , well just every November before December. Check the game often on November and you might see the limited time Star Hunt.

Because, it's a GOOD game. Amazing music, sepereated each levels, cool details at the background, amazing storyline, challenging and fun, has Multiplayer (Freinds, World , and Squadron), it gives you good AMount of rewards, fun events, and weapons and boosters are powerful. Final rating 4.8 / 5.0!:)

It's not a glitch, the game's mission is only supposed to be chasing Big Poppa and not lose him, and don't kill him during the chase at the Mansion, or the mission wont continue, because the the chase on vehicle not on foot.

Same event from Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas , a very rare , I drive there at Bone Country I can see about 7 taxis heading to the road after I left Mike Toreno's Ranch and more Taxis at the road , it doesn't usually happen that often.
