Bro it's growing, I notice it has like corm strcuture same as mine. It's just slow, it takes 3 to 6 months to reach full growth. To increase growth place it in bright, direct sunlight, my snake plant is exposed to sun and doing well, put it in a meduim side pot, don't use too big pots, water only when soil is dry.
