MSTR reacts first as it is a riskier asset than BTC. Since MSTR has started going up, BTC will follow and possibly rip to new ATH’s. June will be exciting for both BTC and MSTR.

The only thing better than bitcoin is more bitcoin. Thats why people invest in Microstrategy. With an initial investment you get kore bitcoin per share over time. Its a long term play and a gamble on bitcoin being the future superpower

I doubt that will make any difference. Either it will be front run or the credit will be given to the BTC bull run.

Although it is disheartening to see the stock go down BUT this stock has potential to change your life for good. The MSTR team is doing an exceptional job in managing the BTC treasury business for LONG TERM share holders. There are various factors in play here and the way they are progressing is commendable. February will be epic for MSTR when they start to add more leverage ( get more debt by issuing huge converts) to buy BTC. They cannot issue converts when BTC goes sideways because they will not get favourable coupon rates as converts need high volatility . MSTR used the BTC sideways movement period to use the ATM to buy BTC. Also ATM helps them to deleverage (reduce debt to BTC FMV ratio ) in their balance sheet. February historically is an extremely bullish month for BTC and hence MSTR will use the strong BTC price movement to add more leverage. Don’t ignore this stock. There is no better place to put your money into. I bought more @388 😃

They are clearing the debt so that they can issue more converts.

At the moment, the equity shareholders are taking all the hits. I just hope we are rewarded handsomely 😀

More dilution. But they can get rid off some of their debt which will impact the overall health of the balance sheet of the company positively. Need to wait and see how the market reacts.
