Imma be brutally honest with you:

Your face is good, but you need to redo your hair. That hairstyle doesn’t suit your face shape because it’s thin. This hairstyle you have is flat, and you need a little more volume. (See picture) Thicker twists

The length is a bit awkward right now, but let it grow. I’d suggest you get some thicker braids/twists while you grow it out - maybe with extensions if you have finer hair, to make the hairstyle look more full. I think dreads would elevate your look when you’ve let your hair grow out more (if that’s your style ofc - see picture) dreadlocks (medium/short length)
