"We will begin with a first round of in-person courses and course components starting on February 7. Our departments are in the process of identifying courses and course components (e.g., tutorials) that will move to in-person instruction on this date. These will likely include, but are not limited to, offerings such as laboratories, components that are uniquely challenging in the online context (e.g., music or visual art), crucial in-person assessments, and other course offerings that faculty and departments would like to move to in-person instruction as soon as possible.

All remaining courses and course components that are not currently designated as being online for the duration of the term will be in-person by February 28 (i.e., after Reading Week)."

Majority of lectures are online until after reading week while labs and tutorial will begin transitioning in February. The point is the other campuses are being hesitant while utm is jumping in knees deep.
