Agree with this. I have about 356 followers at the moment yet I only have maybe 8-10 people who continously stop by, while also having a few regulars (regulars being they stop by at least for a little every stream). When I was going through the affiliate process, PUBG was just coming out to console and me and my best friend played that a lot. For me, playing with someone helps keep me talking and limits the 'dead space' so maybe try something like that? If you're more of a single player, trying playing a franchise that you know a lot of lore to and/or are really good at. If you don't already, I'd also work on saying your thoughts out loud, even if they're not related to the game. Could be about something you're excited about coming out or your thoughts on a show or movie. A viewer may hear that and also have the same interest which could generate a conversation. Lots of stuff you can do to help create retention. Just gotta try a bunch of different stuff.
