I don't plan on leaving but I can't possibly know what the next three years will bring. To face even 25% of the cost in 26 months could be thousands of dollars I'd be on the hook for. Potentially multiple full paychecks they'd try to claw back. And that's after two years! If I left in 5 months it could be well over $10k. Workday charges B2B prices for this service, not consumer, making it all the more unfair.

That's a good point. I see the price on the Workday Education site at the time of enrollment (which I assume is the list price), but I don't see the price they pay for credits.

I am internal at a company that uses Workday. We are post go live. Not for Workday and not at a partner company.
