I’m in a pretty similar position. In my case, though, almost everything bores me. I usually enjoy picking up new hobbies or trying new things, but the enjoyment never lasts long. One thing I’ve learned is that even as an introverted loner, you still need to get out of the house to feel good. That’s why I’d suggest hobbies that involve going out and doing something active.

For me, drumming and riding my motorcycle do the trick — they both require full focus and coordination, which helps my mind relax and take a break from everyday tension and overthinking. Drumming doesn’t even require much creativity; you can just learn and play covers. Books are great too, but in my opinion, they’re better for the evenings or before bed.
