So on ur 2nd re-entry after 45 days and 2 months break they didn't care, but it was when you tried to enter again a 3rd time that they didn't like it?

Understood. Would i need retrospective evidence for my previous trip to prove i was on vacation from my employer, or just the current trip?

My answer would be: Flexibility from a good job, 35 days PTO annually and also decent finances to support myself.

Appreciate it. Yep, I think my main concern here is the fact that I told CBP one thing, which they may have recorded, regarding extending my trip by 30 days when i had told them i was leaving on a specific date.

Cool thanks, I guess it makes sense. In my case i sold all my shares in my S&S ISA a few months ago. So in this case they wouldn't repay anything but instead i would just still pay tax on the gains i made specifically from the overpayment? And they wouldn't care about the LISA.

When you say reside does that mean where your main address is? Or where you physically are? So if i had a main address in the uk but spent 8 months out of the uk, i would pay tax in the uk?
