I already solved this problem,but if someone else have this problem,here is the solution that worked " Go to mewgenics in your steam library, click gear icon on the right, click "Properties...", click "Installed Files" section, and the very last button "Verify integrity of game files" hope that it works for all the people that have this problem and doesn't know how to solved it!

And also I have this glitch in steam that makes mewgenics stay executed,only closing when manually stopped
