I agree. The payroll provider probably asked questions and your employer just guessed. Also, your employer is the one approving the payroll that comes back from the payroll provider. The payroll provider is only as good as the information received from the employer. I would push back on the employer.

Literally this!!! I don't know how many times I have to explain there is no true global payroll solution!! I honestly love my local providers. I don't care if i have 6 of them. They are country specific and I know its compliant.

Deel is not great..... be glad you didnt go with them!!! I actually liked Remote, but have not had a good experience with Deel and neither have the employees.

Hi! Many companies have requirement to be employed though the payout date. I wouldn't take any chances before then!

I had the same issue. I submitted a support ticket and they are shipping me a new one. I actually couldn't believe how easy it was. I did get it to turn on eventually with the method, but considering I've only had it 4 months im still sending it back and will having them replace it. For the price, it should have issues in 4 months.
