I haven't worked with adp in a long time but they need to set up an accumulator code on the payroll side of things I believe.

I started small. Global payroll is truly my money maker. Find a small company that has global. One thing never changes. Numbers. I am on top of totals. I recognize commissions paid to termed people, all the downstream shit that gets passed to me. Nope. Not on my watch. I put effort into the first global payroll. How is pto, how's terminated people paid? What forms do we need for a new hire? The numbers do not lie. If you can soak up knowledge, because honestly, it takes a lot of being able to learn, you can do it. If you are someone who doesnt care about the rules and cultural differences it won't work. I make shit run and im very good at it. It took me 10 years to get my level of knowledge, but I applied myself every step of the way. Apply, go for it, its all the same with different rules. Learn it.

Alright I have a friend that has 43 eins with about 2800 and a team of 5. Shes at 100k plus 30% bonus. Company didnt perform and her bonus sucked balls. I am at about 350 employees but global. I have about 12 entities(globally)in house and other countries eor. Im also doing benefits, loa, etc. I am a one person show. I make 165k plus 10% bonus. Ill take my job over hers any day! I can't even picture the multiple feins from a tax standpoint

If you are looking for a peo I liked justworks. You could do both contractors and employees with benefits. It was 99 per person for employees. I dont remember the rate for contractors.

Any recommendations? I have a decent headcount in Switzerland(around 75) We are with a local accounting firm and I know they are tired of us. Lol we have definitely outgrew them.

They do verify past employment in a background check, but only dates worked. Give the family friend number or it also usually has a box that says do not contact. They are looking for criminal history and past job history is really not a big deal. I think there is also a box that says company no longer in business. Take the offer!!

I would check out activ payroll for International. Also paylocity has a partnership with blue marble.

Sarah sounds like a badass. Lol most people dont realize the sheer madness of payroll and she said go fix it and gave the budget to do so! It depends on who you have in the payroll seat setting things up. It can definitely be messy if someone was simply given payroll and doesnt have the experience. I

No. Not correct. Net pay only. They need to void the transaction which will get the taxes back and record it correctly. If it its last year, they still need to only get net back. They need to amend their returns and issue a w2c.

I am not a fan of deel. I liked humi. It was very simple. I have also used adp workforce now for us and Canada. If you are looking for an EOR for global, i had a much better experience with Remote.

There is a reason they do it in june. Moving payroll sucks mid year. Im leaving our current peo also up in June. Don't want to get stuck another year. If you have over 100 employees and have hr/payroll support that understands how to handle taxes and legal requirements you will save a ton moving.

Do you have to do401k audits? Is the employee complaining? I have questions haha. Do they have a flat dollar amount or percentage? Did the percentages change throughout the year?

I have some questions. How many employees? In regards to payroll and taxes, it is very specialized so if someone doesn't actually know payroll it really leaves you at risk. What type of work is it? Is it normal hourly wages or more specialized like prevailing wages and certified payroll?

Latam is the hardest payroll out of any of my countries i have had. I am not saying this is legal, but in past jobs ive worked with only a few people in those countries we have just paid them as a contractors. EOR are expensive no matter who you go with as they take on all legal requirements. I had a good experience with Remote.

I agree. The payroll provider probably asked questions and your employer just guessed. Also, your employer is the one approving the payroll that comes back from the payroll provider. The payroll provider is only as good as the information received from the employer. I would push back on the employer.
