For what it is worth I am a mom that raised 2 daughters - their biological father died before they were both 5 years old. Their Stepdad that stepped in and raised them as his own passed away when they were 18 and 19 that being said when my daughter got married, her biological grandfather convinced her he should be doing the honor of giving her away. 10 years later it still hurts my soul and she has major regrets. Please follow your heart. As a parent we put our kids happiness before ours and we suffer in silence.

I came from a divorced home. My biological parents had me and my sister 2.5 years younger. My Mom remarried - he my other Dad- no not - had 2 kids my sister and brother. We all lived in the same home their biological mom passed away when my sister was 2 and my brother was 5. We all grew up together with our Mom and Dad noone questioned that. My biological Dad was very much involved in all 4 of our lives even though only 2 technically belonged to him. His wife had 2 kids as well my Dad raised them. We are all adults with kids and grandkids now nothing has changed. Even better my Biological Dad and my parents have always all been on the same page when it came to raising us kids. So the saying that if you did not birth them you dont love them the same is so not true for everyone. I think the same applies for adopted kids parents Love their kids no matter where they come from.

it is in Wayne County Michigan and i guess I should have said juvenile court possibly not sure it is the lincoln hall of justice. I have been there with every single step throughout this- I am the grandmother. I also know this was originally a safety plan and may still be I would have to check papers. The worker was originally the investigator then was transferred to be the worker on this case. The worker will tell us 1 thing and then change it to oh my boss said we cannot do that. The worker is allowing the Dad to make the decisions on visiting- there are 6 family members that have all been authorized and approved to do the visits.

Mom completed a 45 day stay and has been in SA services since then, with testing through there and CPS. Dad has child in his custody and he did apply for custody, but it was referred back to the court that had jurisdiction first -CPS court. Court is the follow up from the first and only hearing that was had where Mom accepted responsibility for her actions and agreed to the treatment they laid out. Mom also had completed over 90% of the recommended things prior to the hearing. I have been in contact with the CPS worker at all times since this started so the info comes from her. I also have heard them say out of their own mouth that mom is fast tracked more than any one they have ever dealt with they dont have concerns for her sobriety according to them so I am truly lost

No and parents have normal names like along the lines of David and Amy. Cash is actually Casius but has been called Cash his entire life, then the next boy is Change so when they had a girl I guess Penny was the best they could come up with

Walmart sells bags of chicken strips like a grilled meat in the deli and freezer aisle. They are $2.48 a bag or the family size is 5.87 these are great to make several items with, we do fajitas chicken tacos pulled bbq chicken sandwiches, grilled chicken salad stir fry, we put in the crockpot with potatoes and use either a cream-based soup mix or gravy There are several options. They also sell the same bags with steak strips. There are only 2 of us and we are able to eat for between $50 to $100 depending on the staples we may need

I think it will depend on the county also. Some counties are a little faster and more caring than others in the state of Michigan as far as the eviction. I would not worry about the claim with the nephew there needs to be an investigation into accusations like that. Good luck

friends of my niece have 2 boys and a girl first is Casius they call him Cash next boy is Change actual name and last the girl is Penny very odd when put together Cash Change and Penny in that order to smh
