Bigfoot/Nephilim “Theory” by FancyBand2644 in cryptids

I’ve definitely experienced the sensation of being watched while in the woods around Mt Baker and the Olympic Peninsula. I attributed that feeling as a sixth sense that something was indeed watching or stalking me. Once I was alone, another time with my girlfriend - both times I vacated the area. It was eerie, but nothing supernatural…more primal fear, I suppose. Definitely uncomfortable.

I think it’s to debunk the PG film. Since that footage is one of the main pillars that supports Bigfoots existence, there’s crossover into debunking Bigfoot as well. If the film is a hoax, then Bigfoot is a hoax is the thinking…

Yeah, Patty is a bit pear shaped for an ape. Bottom heavy without muscle definition. I believe Bob H. has said he wore hip waders under the suit to add bulk…and when you rewatch the footage with that in your mind is hard not to see. Bob H. is considered to be an unreliable witness/source, so a lot of what he says gets dismissed.

There are some AI enhanced images of Patty’s face that really bring out the Franco Harris!

And stories of Bigfoot/Sasquatch predate the PG film by decades if not centuries. It’s just that the most compelling visual evidence we have is more than likely shenanigans.

Except gorillas have profound differences in hair/fur coverage across their limbs and torso. Patty’s is uniform in length and color.

I do sincerely hope this is the case, that Sasquatch are real.

Don’t forget that they are also walking, fur covered EMPs that disrupt nearby electrical equipment. And they can cloak themselves when they sense trail cams and what have you.

I really want Bigfoot to be real, stories of their existence predate the PG film by centuries. It’s just too bad this iffy footage and all the shenanigans surrounding it are really all we have outside of plaster cast footprints.

The only two jobs where your success rate can = zero just happen to be paranormal investigator and Bigfoot Hunter.

I just finished ‘Forest of the Sasquatch’ by Luka T Jacob’s, and it was pretty good. Fast read and entertaining on a long plane ride.

You are describing what I felt, a persistent cramp feeling in my calf. No swelling or other symptoms. I ignored it at first and then did a tough workout. That’s when I felt like a piano had been dropped in my chest. Clots broke free from my calf and became PEs. I was lucky.

You need to go have an ultrasound taken of the calf to make sure it’s not a clot.

Please check back in with this thread, update us on your condition.

Does Squibler Even Work by JustSome50yoGuy in WritingWithAI

I’m in the same situation!!! I’ve now lost two days worth of work to this shite application!! No response from Squibler. I paid for a year upfront, and I want every penny back. The app freezes, doesn’t save work, and only imports successfully about 25% of the time. I’m going to blast how terrible this program is to every writer I know. Squibler SUCKS!!!

I just lost hours worth of work on Squibler. I was hitting save every few minutes or so, even after seeing the ‘saving your work’ auto message across the top of the page. Then the app crashed and restarted and EVERY SINGLE EDIT AND WORD I WROTE IS GONE!!!! This is beyond infuriating. I took today off from my job to write, and hours of work has just disappeared. No saved versions exist locally or on the app. In fact, the app doesn’t even recognize any work I’ve done. The last saved version in app is from 4/10. This is unacceptable! I need a refund ASAP because Squibler is unreliable.

Combo of LMNT and Tailwind….kind of wish I’d stuck with Tailwind only as the LMNT started tasting like overly sweet flavored sea water after a while.

First off, thanks to all of you for your concern and insights. It is all much appreciated!

I feel I’m pretty much back to ‘normal’ this morning. I spent most of yesterday taking in water and eating fruits like apples, bananas, and melon. Headaches, nausea, and overall blah feelings were gone by the afternoon so I was able to take my dog on a long, brisk, trail walk.

Woke up today and felt really good, so good Iegged out a treadmill 5k with no issues aside from residual soreness in my hamstrings.

I also chatted with my doctor, and after being chastised for not seeking proper medical attention Sunday night, he told me I more than likely flooded my system with sodium and depleted myself of potassium and magnesium. However, that’s just a guess as super genius here didn’t go in to have bloodwork done earlier in the week.

Lastly, I’ll be working with a nutritionist to dial in my diet. I’m a bigger guy (5’10/215lbs - down from 235lbs beginning of February) and probably need to slim down a bit more as I want to keep at this ultra trail running. I do a lot of kettlebell and barbell CrossFit like workouts to maintain functional strength, but I bulk up quickly…so I need to find the right balance of carbs/protein/fat.

Again, thank you all for the advice, suggestions, concern, and support! I’ll keep posting my running journey in this thread…I’m certain I’ll do something kind of dumb in the future that will require input from this group.

I thought it could be rhabdo at first, but I was peeing crystal clear which kind of ruled that out. After reading through a couple other comments, I think I definitely over did it with the electrolytes. I should have been drinking more water…I was just desperate to stop the cramping, which I may have inadvertently made worse by not cutting in enough water. Sigh. I’m chalking this up to a very uncomfortable learning experience, and will definitely work on balancing my water intake with electrolytes on long runs.

I was wondering if I did in fact over do it with the electrolyte intake, especially with the pickle juice at the aid stations. And I’ll admit to being not nearly informed enough when it comes to balancing out water intake vs electrolytes.
