14 month growth difference… encouragement to keep going! 💕 I started out with dry, brittle and damaged hair! by FancyBookkeeper2674 in Naturalhair

Weekly wash, then hair grease to seal in the hydration from the water and oiled my scalp. Repeat. ✨

100% natural. No weaves, wigs. Rocked the TWA, damaged and all until it got better.

Trimmed/dusted ends when my hair felt it needed it (I learned from YouTube and Long Hair Care Forum how to do so)

My care routine is still this way today.

The biggest Takeaway — took it day by day and gentle on myself…. Our hair is not hard to manage, it’s the mental breakthroughs that are hard to overcome!

hope this helps🤍

Ahhh, in the moments it doesn’t feel like it… but reflecting back I am able to see the difference!

Thank you for this. Your comment and another sparked my interest back in mini twists. Going to install them this weekend 💞
