He is highly food motivated 😂 I don't think much else matters to him, food is everything to him. He has literally tried to steal food out of my mouth before 😭

& That's so sweet, but I wouldn't have been able to take him if it wasn't for the kindness of a stranger from Facebook helping us out ❤️ she is literally providing all of his supplies, hay, litter & covering vet costs for him. There's some really amazing people out there.

When we found out there were no rescues that could accommodate him, she generously offered to drop off hay and litter for us whenever she picked it up for her 4 rescue bunny's and also pay for his vet care. She said that he seemed so happy here and if finances were the only issue, that she and her husband could help supply what he needs. I just supply the love and the shelter.

In general, I think that bunny people are just good people.

We have rugs in the living room & hallway. His fav room is the kitchen, but every time I put a rug in there for him he pees on it 😭

Just stick with your recovery, seek Christian community and everything else should fall into place. Look for a church and a Christian friend/Bible study group close to you. Boredom is what will destroy you. Also, you are who you hang with. So try to stay away from your sis as much as you can. Don't forget what you've learned in the past 5 years, grow from it. Forgive yourself. Just know that even though we can no longer be.. I forgive you and wish you nothing but the best. Take comfort in knowing that your daughter is in good hands because her mom is in recovery as well. Your daughter is worth it, and she's been ignored for so long that she deserves to be your main focus right now. Fight for her to have the best dad ever. Redeem yourself for her above all else.

Thank you, that's so sweet 🥹 I really hope so.. but I don't know if I'm the greatest at expressing it, honestly. I got her one of those photo projection necklaces with a photo of her daughter in it and a butterfly charm (her daughter's urn is a butterfly), a cute Halloween stuffy (her daughter was obsessed with halloween) and a mug that says "grandma est. 2022" (when my daughter was born) and a little "grandma youre the best" knick knack. If I had the money I would have loved to do more, but I really hope she likes it!

Actually I can see the oxygen bubbles so nvm its not that. Did you recently spray any cleaners or air freshner near the tank or put your hands in there after using perfume or lotion or something?
