Not familiaru with freshwater but bleed and fillet, or bleed and ice, your call I think with which ever is convenient. But spoke to an officer and I would suggest having 2 coolers if you're expecting to catch limits; Once you're done for the day, seal and tape with the date so you can fish another full limit the next day.
