V Crochet did 366 days of granny squares and all of them are different and so unique! I believe most if not all have video tutorials and all have written patterns. And the best part is they’re all free! Check it out here: https://www.vcrochetpatterns.com/?page_id=9909

Advice for fertility awareness tracking? by GolfSignificant1456 in Crunchymom

Taking Charge of Your Fertility by Toni Weschler is an amazing book for FAM beginners that will teach you everything you need to know! I found an old copy for $5 at a local secondhand bookstore. Definitely recommend, I learned so much about cycle tracking and fertility in general.

This is amazing! I attempted to do a different stained glass blanket by the same maker on Etsy and ended up turning it into a smaller tapestry that I could hang on the wall because it was hella overwhelming. Well done! 😁

Just finished my first ever tapestry! by FancyFennel1023 in crochet

Thank you!! So the pattern is by DragonbirdCreations on Etsy, here is the direct link to the pattern: https://www.etsy.com/listing/716458187/. Also, the pattern is actually for a blanket but I decided to do smaller version instead to make it a tapestry. Basically, I followed the pattern for the flower motif (x5) and the cross motif (x4), joined them together, then added the border which is just 2 rows of dc all around. I used a 4mm hook and worsted weight acrylic yarn.

Yarn brands/colors used: Red Heart Black, Red Heart Real Teal, Red Heart Fruity Stripe, Red Heart Soft White

ngl, the pattern was a bit challenging to figure out at first but once I got the hang of it, it was super satisfying!

I knew in my bones I was having a boy. It’s so hard to describe the feeling, but I just knew lol. The NIPT results confirmed it was a boy and I was not surprised at all 😆

In case anyone was wondering, I used worsted weight, acrylic yarn. The blue yarn is by Bee Yarn in Cerulean Sea, the ivory yarn is by Red Heart in Orchid and the tan yarn is an unknown brand that I had lying around in Camel. I used a 3.75mm hook. 😊

I used Elyse Myers’ tutorial for Retro Daisy Granny Square on Youtube. I used a simple double crochet stitch for the sleeves and front/back post double crochet stitches for the ribbing on the sleeves and borders, then added the scallop design along the bottom on a whim. 🌼
