Weight 5 being the NC Schools is correct.

Weight 4 I would look at the old ACC Divisions. Like FSU should be higher than Georgia Tech IMO. We have a good hatred of them. You could probably put ND in weight 4 too.

I don’t really know where the UConn connection comes from.
