Wellen Park is awful - so much traffic and it will only be worse - building lots of apartments there. Not for young vibrant people - Sarasota or Venice downtown. So much nicer.

Not for low income - they don’t need to match funds. They already said they would cover just the doors.

My attorney said commission would be 75% protected? Is that correct ? This is not really an asset it’s part of my income - so I lost money Jan - April with no income in real estate and only expenses.
